Can you play arkham city without catwoman

I did not like her story missions outside of the vs two face predator one and I did not like how she moved about the city.

I got stuck there recently on my fifth playthrough. I'm playing on hard as I have done the other diffs. The goons do keep respawning. The best way to do it is to get rid of the first few goons. Harv should move away from his initial position above the bridge to above the entrance. That's when you should attack Harv. Try and get a pounce attack and then give him a kicking. Then use your tricks bolas etc to keep him in-situ.
